📦 Returns & Exchanges Policy

❗ Made-to-Order Items
All of our products are made to order, which means they are created specifically for you once your purchase is made. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error with the item.
📏 Sizing Responsibility
We encourage all customers to carefully review our size chart before placing an order. Since each item is printed on demand and we do not hold inventory, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing.
To assist you, detailed sizing charts are included on every product page.
✅Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued if:
A replacement cannot be provided, or
The same defect occurs again after a replacement
If you choose to decline a replacement, a refund cannot be guaranteed, as this means the seller has fulfilled their legal duty under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 by offering to repair or replace the item.
Partial refunds or store credit may be offered at our discretion as a goodwill gesture.
✅ Order Issues or Defects
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with an issue caused by our printing partner, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement at no cost.
If you accidentally order the wrong size, we’re happy to offer a discounted reorder for the correct size as a one-time courtesy. Just reach out to us via luvaire1@gmail.com.
✅Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been fulfilled and shipped. Replacement orders are shipped free of charge.
